The Property:
This one of a kind 3,000 square foot penthouse spans the entire fifth floor, offering complete privacy and a truly exclusive mountain retreat. Step into a spacious and inviting living room, where a plush sectional, HDTV, and cozy gas fireplace create the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes. Tall ceilings and expansive windows flood the space with natural light and lead to a private balcony with stunning views of the ski slopes. Out on the balcony, you'll find comfortable outdoor seating, ideal for sipping your morning coffee or winding down with a drink after exploring the town. There's also a gas grill available, perfect for nights when your group wants to enjoy a delicious home cooked meal! Back inside, the dining area features a large table with seating for eight, while additional barstool seating is available at both the kitchen island and wet bar. The wet bar features seating for four, stylish chandeliers, a sink, built-in cabinetry, and a second large-screen TV, great for easy entertaining or catching the game while you relax. The kitchen is as functional as it is beautiful. The waterfall edge island makes a great centerpiece and offers plenty of space for prepping meals or hanging out. During ski season, you'll have use of a free, on-demand shuttle (via the Village Connect app) that runs between Arrowhead Village, Beaver Creek, and Bachelor Gulch throughout the day. There's no charge and no hassle. With a quick app tap, your ride arrives. If you're visiting outside of winter, the shuttle does not operate, so you'll need to rely on a car, taxi, or the public Core Transit bus system for transportation around the area. In the summer, guests can explore miles of scenic trails that connect Arrowhead to Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek, perfect for hiking and mountain biking. Golfers will also appreciate the nearby selection of top-rated courses, many within a 10 to 15 minute drive. Looking for family friendly activities? ** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos.
** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit. ** Lengthy Rental Periods, Cancellation Policies, & Cleaning Fees - Long Term Rentals (28 nights or more) may be unacceptable under the standard cancellation policies listed online, which are designed to be only for short term rentals. Long Term Rentals must be discussed and approved prior to booking online. A long term rental / lease agreement may be required. A Security Deposit will be required for all long term rentals, and mid-stay cleaning(s) / inspection(s) may be required. The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended. For guests who are booking a lengthy stay of more than one week, a mid stay-cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for the second week, third week, and so on.
