Located on the west end of Vail, pricing here is much more attractive than Vail Village or Lionshead. Plus, you'll also love the convenience - the free city bus stop is a short walk, and a biking and jogging trail is right out your door. It's the perfect place to stay without draining your wallet, unlike some other pricey options in the area.

Arrival, Access, and Parking:
– Accessing the property: From the parking area to the interior of the home there is only 1 step - from the walkway up to the front porch. Entry is on the main level and there is one flight up or down to the bedrooms.
– Parking: There is reserved parking for up to 4 cars. The parking spaces are big enough for two cars side by side and two cars directly behind them. So if you have 4 vehicles you would be able to park them in these reserved spaces, with 2 vehicles next to each other and then 2 more vehicles next to each other, right behind the first two vehicles. – 4WD vehicle information: The roads leading to and from this property are flat and easy. That said, when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions, 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access the Vail area in general, and therefore, this property.
