This luxurious and spacious 6500 sq. foot Eagle-Vail home is located between Vail and Beaver Creek and is perfect for a group that hopes to spend time at both resorts during their stay. With separate beds for 14, this home will sleep up to 25 guests. This home features beautifully crafted natural wood details in the living room with sweeping 20-foot ceilings, grand windows, and a statement natural rock fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is open to the living room and has everything you need for a family meal. All of the large bedroom suites in this home have attached baths, perfect for couples traveling together or anyone who values privacy. There is a private fireplace in the palatial master suite, as well as private access to one of the three balcony/deck areas. The game room downstairs features a pool table, ping-pong table, foosball table, air hockey table bar, large TV, and third fireplace and lounge area, perfect for entertaining. In the Summertime, this home is adjacent to a beautiful hiking trail that will lead you to a beautiful stream, and then up to Beaver Creek if you're ready for an adventure. Another trail overlooking the Eagle-Vail golf course is easily accessible, as well as the many amenities at the Eagle-Vail pool, playground, and pavilion. This home will consider a dog with prior owner approval and has a private fenced courtyard with dog area. Please note, a caretaker does live on the property in completely separate quarters.
Additional sleeping includes:
Library (not private): Double sleeper sofa; can use powder room or Master Bath
Loft: Twin bed in semi-private alcove
Game Room: Full size Murphy bed and L shaped sofa with extra long twin bed lounger by fireplace. Full wet bar and bathroom with steam shower.(kids love to sleep here!) ALSO a small windowless yet private area has 1 twin (called the Harry Potter Room - guess why!)
Media Room: Queen sleeper sofa, twin sleeper sofa, oversized leather sofa, comfortable for sleeping. (kids also love to sleep here!)
Family Room: 2 large sofas offer additional, comfortable sleeping with access to bathroom.
