How FlexiCancel Works

  • Book the best homes and condos months in advance for the best selection, then cancel for any reason at any time (up to 3 days before travel)
  • A modest 25% deposit secures your vacation getaway home
  • Make your final payment just 35 days before your trip
  • Cancel as late as three days before the start of your trip for any reason
  • Receive a full refund, less a small processing fee (5% of the total reservation amount)

All of this is included in the cost of your reservation.

To receive FlexiCancel protection, select a property that offers FlexiCancel. Review your rental agreement to ensure that you understand all of the terms and conditions, as they may vary from property to property. The terms and conditions of the rental agreement for a reservation supersede any other terms displayed.

FlexiCancel policies never apply to reservations of greater than 180 days or for more than $25,000 USD.
